Minister of Oceans and Fisheries Kang Do-hyung held a videoconference at the Sejong Government Complex on Friday, December 27 to discuss ways of expanding exports of Korean fishery products to the United States and stabilizing the supply chain in preparation for the inauguration of the second term of the Trump administration in 2025. The meeting was attended by representatives of local companies in the United States including HMM’s American headquarters, New Jersey Trade Support Center of the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, Global Supply Chain Center of the Korea Maritime Institute (KMI), and local fisheries product businesses.
