Minister of Oceans and Fisheries Kang Do-hyung gave a lecture titled “Meet the Exciting Sea” at Hanyang University’s Baeknam Academic Information Center on Wednesday, November 20. About 100 people attended the lecture, including the Dean of Hanyang University's Graduate School of International Tourism and students from Hanyang University and Hanyang Women's University. Minister Kang explained key policy initiatives in the maritime and fisheries sector, such as fostering the marine leisure tourism industry and revitalizing coastal and fishing villages. Additionally, the Minister introduced support programs for the youth, such as startups in new maritime and fisheries industries and research and development initiatives.
