On August 30, Minister Kang Do-hyung of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries participated in the opening ceremony of the '1st Dong-Sam Innovation District Marine Cluster Festival.' In his congratulatory speech, Minister Kang ‘celebrated the past decade of achievements of the Dong-Sam Innovation District Marine Cluster, sharing the joy with the local community,’ and ‘expressed hopes for it to become a national and eventually a global marine cluster through ongoing communication and cooperation between public institutions and the local community.’
