On May 10, Minister Kang of Oceans and Fisheries visited Yeongil Bay Port in Pohang to inspect the container berth and the port’s hinterland complex. Minister Kang was briefed on the current status and issues at the port’s container berths, toured the facilities for a thorough inspection of operations, and discussed with the officials ways to strengthen the port’s competitiveness.
