On May 9, the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries gave a lecture under the theme of “People’s Livelihoods and Economic Vitality Starting from the Sea” at the 123rd Ocean Policy Forum held at the Korea Press Center. The Ocean Policy Forum is co-hosted by the Korea Maritime Institute and the Korea Ocean Foundation to share information on the maritime and fisheries sector and to explore the development direction of relevant policies. It is a prestigious forum for discussion in the marine and fisheries sector, with high-level representation from government offices, companies, and institutions.
