On February 8th, Minister of Oceans and Fisheries(Kang Do-Hyung)  visited the Subtropical Fisheries Research Institute of the National Institute of Fisheries Science in Seogwipo-si, Jeju Island, where he toured the major research facilities and encouraged the staff in their research efforts.
