On November 24th, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries (Minister Cho Seung Hwan) held the opening ceremony for the Wando Marine Healing Center, the first such facility in Korea, located at Sinjimyeong Sasip-ri beach in Wando, Jeollanam-do.
