Minister Cho Seung Hwan of Oceans and Fisheries met with Maltese Minister of Foreign Affairs Ian Borg in Seoul on November 6th at 18:00. The two ministers expressed mutual appreciation for the friendly relations between the two nations within the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and agreed that close bilateral cooperation is required in the maritime sector given the current critical time paradigm shift in the global maritime sector towards autonomous vessels and decarbonization of the shipping sector.
