On July 26th, Minister Cho Seung Hwan of Oceans and Fisheries attended the 'Seafood Consumption and Fishing Village Vacation Promotion Campaign,' which was held at the General Assembly building. The campaign was jointly held by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and National Assembly member Sung Il Jong, the Chairman of the 'Korean Sea Protection Verification Task Force,' to improve awareness among the public of fishing village vacations and Korean seafood products prior to the upcoming summer vacation season. Floor Leader Yoon Jae Ok of the People Power Party and Chairman Noh Dong Jin of Suhyup also attended the event.
