On April 21st, Minister Cho Seung Hwan of Oceans and Fisheries attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Shinan Smart Aquaculture Cluster. The Shinan Smart Aquaculture Cluster was selected in January 2020 as a candidate for the Smart Aquaculture Cluster Establishment Project to be transformed into a smart digital aquaculture facility, under the purpose of promoting high-quality shrimp production and exports. After meticulous preparation, including the establishment of the basic plan, the groundbreaking ceremony for the test bed has commenced.
