On April 12th, Minister Cho Seung Hwan of Oceans and Fisheries hosted the Youth Fisheries Startup Talk Concert (Discussion Forum) to communicate with promising fishermen at Pukyong National University in Busan. As the aim of the Talk Concert was to promote startups by talented youth, who are to lead new growth engines in the marine and fisheries sector, Minister Cho personally visited the university to openly communicate about related issues and foster new ideas among the next generation regarding startups.
